BUILD
Balboa Built manages the day-to-day construction process, coordinating trades, schedules, materials, budget tracking, and communication through completion.
PROJECT COSTS

Balboa Built establishes a clear budget before construction begins. Using an open-book, cost-plus approach, actual project costs are tracked against the budget, with an agreed-upon contractor fee established up front.

A trade-by-trade budget provides a clear picture of anticipated construction costs before work begins.
OPEN-BOOK COSTS
Subcontractor, material, and project costs are tracked throughout construction so you can see where the budget is being spent.
